The Phonak Key Pilot is a handy small remote control that attaches to your keyfob so it's always there when you need it. Controls volume and toggles programs.
NB. The Phonak KeyPilot should work with your Phonak hearing aids straight out of the box. However, your hearing aids may have had the facility of using a remote control disabled in the software to save battery consumption. If this is the case you will need to arrange for this option in your hearing aids to be enabled locally (you may be charged a fee for this service), or alternatively if you can ship your hearing aids to us we will enable this option for you and return your hearing aids at the same time as the purchased item. There is no charge for this service. KeyPilot does not work with all hearing aids in the Phonak range, our suggestion is that you contact us via our webform on the Contacts page with details before purchase and we will advise accordingly.
